The personal data is preserved from the time of collection and for a period of 3 months thereafter. The personal data is kept during the case handling period and for 6 months thereafter to be able to respond to the case if follow-up questions arise from the customer about how the case was handled. Orrling Jewelery processes personal data for the purpose of fulfilling legal obligations such as complying with applicable legislation, e.g. accounting law and GDPR. The personal data that is processed is identity data, e.g. name, contact details, e.g. address, purchase information, e.g. time of purchase, item number and order amount. The personal data is kept for 7 years according to the Accounting Act.
